DESIGN BY HICHAM is a personal project born out of my passion for typography and experimentation with After Effects. In this project, I set out to explore various ways of animating typography, pushing the boundaries of creativity and visual expression.
As a typography enthusiast, I believe in the power of words and their visual presentation. Through this project, I aimed to showcase the versatility and dynamism of typography animation, from subtle transitions to bold and dynamic movements.
While I could have chosen to imbue this project with deeper meaning, I ultimately decided to focus on the sheer joy of creation and self-expression. Sometimes, it's important to simply celebrate our love for design and creativity without the pressure of profound symbolism.
The choice of black and white for this project holds significance for me. It symbolises the contrasting experiences we encounter in life – from moments of darkness to moments of light. Despite the challenges we face, it's our resilience and the support of our loved ones that guide us back to brightness.
